Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams inspect your items before dispatch. The quality of our products is guaranteed. However, you need to check your order carefully and accurately before purchasing. See information on product detail pages.
We can arrange returns and refunds for you quickly and easily if there is a quality issue with the item you received. We are here to help you! If you have any problems with your order, you can always contact our support team.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
If the order is canceled within 24 hours, no fees will be charged.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.
- Return Conditions
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unactivated, and is still in its new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all components.
- Shipping fees
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fees and customs duties. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to the size and weight of our products, Umay Fitness doesn’t offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid in the following cases:
- Accidental Order
- Better price available
- No reason given
- No longer needed or wanted
- Not compatible or not useful for intended purpose
- Ordered wrong style/size/color
- Damaged by the customer.
- Any accessories order which under $50 (Includes products: Treadmill Mats, Detachable Handrail, Power Plug, Remote Control, Safety Key, etc)
Return Process
1. If you purchased the product on the official website, please contact us at support@umayfitness.com.
2. You must show a receipt or proof of purchase. Based on the supplied details, our team will confirm your return.
3. Additional information, such as package and equipment images, is requested as part of the return procedure.
4. After the warehouse receives the return inspection confirmation, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.
5. It may take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Processing refunds usually take 3-7 business days.

Refunds (if applicable)
After you have returned the product to our warehouse and provided us the shipping information, we will issue a refund within 3-7 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 7 business days, please contact us at support@umayfitness.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
After that, get in touch with your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear on your credit card.
After that, contact your bank. Processing refunds usually take 3-7 business days.
