Order Processing Time

  • Processing time is the time between when you place the order and we ship your order. Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping.
  • Most orders are processed within 48 business hours. Orders on the weekend may take longer.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours. During holidays we make every effort to reduce delays.

Note: Umay Fitness orders are shipped to the contiguous United States (not including outlying islands and overseas territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam).

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)

 

Shipping Information

  • We only ship to the United States.
  • P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International delivery are not available now.

Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 48 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 2 to 5 days to update during events or holidays.
  • If your tracking information has not been updated within 5 business days, please contact support@umayfitness.com 

 

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Umay Fitness Support within 5 business days at support@umayfitness.com.

We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
