Good piece of equipment. The app package is not worth it, it’s not free as advertised. It has a monthly/yearly fee, but hey it came with socks so that’s something. The machine is smooth, but wish it had a way to increase resistance. Like different band strengths. But not bad for the price. Nice to use while watching tv.

I got this after returning a purchase of a different brand that really was poor quality. The Umay board is so nice! The sliders work well without getting stuck and it folds up nicely.
